Project Anchor in Tumwater is an 80acre site that houses a 1.1million SF warehouse building for a large local retail company.
- This project scope consisted of Clearing, Cut and Fill Grading, Underground utilities, Building pad grading, Foundation and support footing excavation, and concrete curb, sidewalk, asphalt paving.
- Pivetta imported 200,000+ Tons of fill to bring the site to grade.
- Pivetta graded over 315,000 sy of subgrade on this massive building site.
- There was 5 large ponds on site to hold water before it is released to the infiltration galleries that had over 99,000sy of surface grading on them.
- The project site had 4 large underground infiltration galleries that are installed under neath the buildings floor.
- There were 12 large storm water filter vaults installed with cranes that filter the water before if flows under the building to the infiltration gallery.
- Pivetta installed 26,000ton of Crushed rock for the floor of the building pad.
- Pivetta installed 13,000 lf of storm main piping onsite
- Pivetta installed 16,000 lf of watermain piping onsite
- Pivetta installed 10,000 lf of sewer main piping onsite.
- Pivetta worked diligently with the City and the General Contractor Clayco to pull off a massive project and satisfy all involved including the Owner all with in the scheduled time frame.
